Step 10: Enter the Mutation Register (MR) Number and year (found in your RTC). Specify the Conversion Extent in Acre-Gunta-Ana and Enter the Kharab A Conversion Extent in Acre-Gunta-Ana (fetched from the sketch for partial land conversion).

Step 11: If your RTC has multiple owners or you’re applying for partial extent conversion, enter the 11E Sketch Number and click Go.

Step 12: Answer the questionnaire provided on the portal and Click on Generate Affidavit to complete the process.

Step 13: Print the system generated affidavit on E-Stamp Paper worth ₹100. Get the affidavit notarized. Upload the notarized affidavit on the same portal to create the conversion request and Submit the physical copy of the notarized affidavit to the Deputy Commissioner (DC) or Taluk Case Worker as required.
