The Bhoomi RTC or Pahani is an initiative by the Government of Karnataka to make land record management and access more efficient for the citizens. Through the Bhoomi portal, users can easily access their RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crops) online and download a digitally signed RTC using the i-Wallet system. This initiative not only ensures transparency but also eliminates the need for physical visits to government offices, saving time and effort.
What is Bhoomi RTC or Pahani?
RTC (Record of Rights, Tenancy, and Crops) or Pahani is a crucial document for landowners in Karnataka. It contains details about land ownership, usage, and crop information. This document is often required for various legal, financial, and administrative purposes, such as:
- Applying for loans
- Selling or purchasing land
- Legal disputes
- Verification of ownership
The Bhoomi RTC is now available digitally, making it more accessible to landowners across Karnataka. Citizens can download a digitally signed RTC through the Bhoomi i-Wallet by paying the prescribed fee of ₹15.
