How to Check Bhoomi Online RTC (Pahani) for Current or Previous Years?
Step 1: To view the Bhoomi Online RTC (Pahani) for the current or previous financial years in Karnataka, first visit the official Karnataka Land Records Portal at https://landrecords.karnataka.gov.in/ and select the “View RTC and MR” option under the RTC Services section on the homepage.
Step 2: Select the year for which you want to view the RTC. If you want to see the current year’s RTC, select the “Current Year” option. If you want to see the previous year’s RTC, select the “Old Year” option.

Step 3: Select your district, taluk, hobli, and village name from the drop-down menus, enter your land survey number, and click the “Go” button.
Step 4: Select the surnoc and hissa from the drop-down menus, then select the year and period for which you want the RTC or Pahani. Click “Fetch Details“.
Step 5: The landowner(s) details, khata number, and land extent will be displayed. Verify these details, then click the “View” button to see the RTC or Pahani.

Step 6: You can use the “Next” and “Previous” navigation buttons to move between RTC pages.
